The landscape design will be drawn at a scale of 1.0” = 10.0’ and will include the layout of all desired amenities, including but not limited to: patios, plantings, decks, fencing, walls, steps, driveways, and walkways.

These plans are conceptual and are subject to interpretation by the installer. Independent Contractors are responsible for proper measurements of the site and industry standard construction techniques required for installation of proposed design as well as compliance with all town, city and state regulations and codes.

Each design includes 1 paper and an electronic copy. One revision is included, if any additional revisions are requested, they will be performed at the normal hourly fee of $175 per hour.

Hourly Fee - Any time required beyond the scope of the above-mentioned work will be billed hourly upon approval by the client at a rate of $175 hour + materials. Including, but not limited to additional revisions, construction drawings, planting detail, irrigation detail, perspectives, phase detail, permits, consulting, town meetings, material site visits, etc.
Our Process:

Initial Consultation – Meet with client and/or contractor at site to discuss scope of work

Site Analysis – Note, photograph, survey and analyze existing site conditions including slope for proper drainage

Base Map Prep – Scale up property survey (required) and draft existing site elements

Concept Design – Create Landscape design in CAD

Presentation of Final Plan – Rendered plan for presentation and client feedback
